1.Introduction
1. The machine is heated by electrically heated conductive oil.
When the oil temperature rises, the popcorn can burst out the whole
corn kernels at 250 degrees. In fact, the average corn kernels are
2 centimeters long, which is 0.3 centimeters larger than traditional popcorn.

hydraulic pump station to tilt the mixing arm and bowl for

3. Structural components:
The popcorn popper is mainly composed of frame, pot body, burner,
mixing slurry, pouring pot device and gas pipeline.The frame is
used to install and fix the pot body and various equipment. The pot
body is the main part of making food. The burner is used to heat
the pot body.
2. Working principle
After opening the valve of the gas pipeline, the gas enters the
burner, burns after ignition, and heats the pot and the food in the
pot.The pot body is controlled by tilting pot device, which is
mainly composed of worm gear and worm transmission device. When the tilting pot handle is shaken, the
transmission device rotates and drives the pot body to rotate
around the supporting shaft, so as to realize the overturning of
the pot body and facilitate food delivery and cleaning.The slurry is driven by a stepless variable speed motor,
which can adjust the mixing speed within a certain speed range to
meet the requirements of food cooking technology.
