1. Product Description:
1. The corn snack production line is fully automated from mixing,
extruding, core filling, shaping, cutting, drying, flavoring to
finish products. The production line has features of flexible
collocation,extensive applied raw materials,various snacks and easy
operation.
2. The puffed snacks production line cam make variety shapes by
adjusting the mould in the extruder, such as ball, tube, stick,
ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape.
2. Raw materials: Rice flour, corn flour and so on.
3. Products: By changing the moulds and process technology, this line can
produce core-filled snacks, such as chocolate filled bar, cream
filled pillow, rice cake, cereal bar, sheet snacks, etc.

demands.

1. Packing: Simple packing stretch film (Based on the customers'
need adopt the wooden case or wooden pellets, etc.
2. Transportation: According to the contract, our company could in
charge for the shipment or you prepaid. We will choose the most
timely and safe way transportation.

5. We will provide 1-2 engineer to the client's factory for the
installation and training. The client need provide room, food,
round-trip transportation, visa fee and a nominal daily subsidy per
person.
